A vacancy exists for an Invoicing Clerk in a well-established telecoms company in Centurion. The qualifying candidate will be required to capture data onto the in-house ERP system.
Key responsibilities:
• Receive work from receiving.
• Check items received as per delivery note/invoice
• Place items in invoicing shelf.
• Prices and descriptions need to be checked against customer order.
• Request for amendments if required
• To be invoiced as per check list.
• Once invoiced ,make sure correct items sent for packing as per BaaN invoice
• Ensure items go out within 2 days.
• Check on Baan what status of items is.
• Housekeeping must be maintained on a daily basis.
• Link processed items to receipts, generate lots, print Job cards, print purchase order.
• Create a conducive environment by ensuring productivity and morale are of the highest level.
• Ensure strict adherence to Company policies.
• Handle special urgent reasonable request from clients within the set timeframes.
• Ensure an effective communication department by making employees aware in your GA meetings of targets, policies, performances etc.
• Handle queries.
• Provide training to other employees.
• Prepare shipments for sending.
• Health & Safety.
• Typing minutes.
• Filling.
• Packing

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 3 yrs work experience in Logistics
• Knowledge of products in the electronics environment
• Good communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP system)
• Should not be colour blind
