A vacancy exists for a Technical sale representative in a well-established scaffolding company in Isando. The qualifying candidate will be required to communicate effectively with current clients as well as draw in new business. Experience in scaffolding industry is advantageous.

Key responsibilities/ duties:
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Organizing sales visits
• Liaising with existing clients
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
• Reviewing cost and sales performance
• Writing reports and sales literature
• Providing product education and advice
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and events
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.

Knowledge, experience and personal competencies
KNOWLEDGE
• Extensive scaffolding and formwork knowledge
• Knowledge of S.A.N.S regarding scaffolding
• 3-5 years on site experience

ABILITIES
• Communicating well with others
• Daily Planning
• Time Management
• Work under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Scaffold courses will be an advantage
