Our client seeks the expertise of an experiences administrative assistant who will be in charge of coordinating the Credit Controllers administrative operations in order for their work to flow smoothly.

Minimum Requirements:
QUALIFICATION: Administrative diploma would be advantageous
EXPERIENCE: 3+ Year Office experience.

  • POD Control and reporting for all trading invoices
  • Credit Note Request Register Control and reporting
  • Inter-branch capturing, balancing, confirmation, corrections and control
  • Control and apply of additional Purchase Orders
  • Monthly Control and Report on Quality of Customers Data on system
  • Monthly Control and Report on Quality of Customers services
  • Control and Order of Stationery and General admin filing
  • Remittance advice control and publication
  • Daily Reception Courier Collections, opening parcels, control cover sheets, distribute balance
  • Know when next price increases are due and assist keep SLA register up to date
  • Know and Follow administrative procedures and Master Data Form instructions
  • Accurate upkeep Master data Forms on BI
  • Interaction with NKAMs for unsigned contracts, Report on outstanding queries and NKAM contracts
