multi-family office PA/Para planner
The company has need of a person that can work between the broker of the multi-family office, the production manager and other admin staff. This person needs to be an organizer of client interaction, data and processes. The brokers require files to be up to date, on time and correct so that they can be as efficient as possible and see as many clients as possible. That means that this person needs to work diligently on achieving outcomes and following workflows processes to achieve high levels of accuracy and meet deadlines.

Need description:
This person needs to interact with high calibre clients including business owners and high net worth individuals. He/she needs to be well spoken in English and Afrikaans, must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and e-mail, and needs to coordinate meetings between multiple parties.

Training, qualifications and experience:
No formal training or qualifications are required, but a background in financial, fiduciary, legal, accounting or insurance would be desired. As for experience, this person should be able to demonstrate at least 2 years work history as a PA or admin manager, as well as showing that they have experience working with clients.
