Our client, a well established wealth management company based in Fourways requires a Telesales & Retentions Consultant to join their team of vibrant individuals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer literate: Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point
  • 5+ Years’ experience in similar position/ call centre experience.
  • Self-motivated to sell and market the company offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Good people skills to communicate with clients.
  • Duties:

  • Arrange appointments for Brokers and meet or exceed weekly appointment target
  • Following up on quotations issued
  • Rearrangement of appointments when necessary
  • Update next review dates and create TASKS
  • Cross selling on existing database
  • Looking for opportunities to bring on new clients
  • Contacting clients with arrear premiums and focusing on keeping retention levels at or above 90% (Lapse ratios are not to exceed 10%)
  • Follow up on Campaigns & In-house servicing
  • Cross pollination of sales between the three main databases Health, Short Term & Life
  • Knowledge and experience

  • Matric.
  • Marketing/Sales management experience.
