A vacancy exists for Operations Controller, based at Centurion reporting to the Executive Manager: Operations. Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the above vacancy.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist Operational Management with the day-to-day running of Operations.
• Responsible for all administration related to the Operations Department
• Ensure that equipment on repair order is monitored according to Turn Around Time, per order. Refresh and prepare updated order book three times per week, comments daily and request CDD amendments as required.
• Attend weekly component spares meetings for feedback and updates.
• Order, verify and Issue tools to technicians
• Preparation and submission of all Ops reports
• Ensure that contractual targets are maintained by scheduling items for repair as per priority, on a First In, First Out basis.
• Ensure that any production barriers are identified and considered for scheduling purposes and resolved for production purposes.
• Maintain the data integrity of the Labour Scanning system, by daily updating of relevant statistics, as well as publication of verified reports from the system on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Ensure that relevant operational test systems are kept updated in terms of hardware and software, as well as the backup and recovery of systems.
• Housekeeping to be maintained at all times.
